I waited 3 hours-one in the waiting room and 2 in an exam room and finally walked out without ever seeing a PA or MD. They told me to drop back in later in the week. I did but then they refused to see me and said my coverage had run out. Wait, Concentra set the appt???

They r nice loving and helpful people who gave me gift and showed me how to use my gift tools to use at home omg simple things i forgot but thanks to them I'm better thanks.

My visit started off fine but in the end it was not. I was there for a little over 4 hours, totally unacceptable.

I arrived at 915 am for a basic d.o.t. physical. I left at at 13:20 . They lost the paper work I had already filled out. Good way to waste half a day. No appointments allowed either. Called earlier in the week to find this out.

I had boiling water spilled on my foot at work. Walked in and the lady behind the desk could tell that I was in a great deal of pain. The lobby was packed and I figured I would be suffering for at least an hour before being seen. Not the case at all, I was taken to a room right there on the spot. The staff was fast, friendly, and really seemed to care. I had a great experience here. Thanks for doing what you all do.

My experience was top nothch and the wait was not bad total time there for 3 tests (drug, alcohol, and a hearing test) 1.75 hours. The staff was super friendly and structured. I liked the whole experience.

Excellent of course I was the staff physician providing care to all who needed care
