Recommendedvery polite clean and organized
Horrible experience longest waiting time ever and some rude staff in the back. A TB and a physical honestly should not take 2 1/2 hours. I will never come here ever again.
My husband injured his back at his job twice. He saw a "specialist" here. the dr refused to do any tests or scans of his back and said his back will just hurt because he is overweight. We will be consulting a lawyer now to sue this place. Seems like the dr is on the workmans comp pay roll to ignore injuries.
Go somewhere else. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. The time that I was there, there was only two people in the waiting room. They finally called one guy in after an hour of waiting. Never saw anyone come out during that time. Left, went to a NextCare Urgent Care, filled out paper work, and was seen in 20 minutes from my arrival time.
Injured at work. Required to go there for WC claim. Waited over an hour. Received poor level of care. Waited another hour after I was seen by PA. No radiologist on staff to read x-rays. Work status said to return to work same day. Ended up having a displaced spiral fracture of fibula.

the Sky Harbor location has been by far the best one. I had to go in after work and the evening staff was great. everyone was friendly and very helpful. The evening Dr on duty was very nice and easy to talk to. they did even did go above and beyond the job and make sure all my stuff was done according to what I needed. Great people there.
Sitting here waiting for 2 hours with a 12:45 appt
Very convenient time wise - open early morning! Staff was courteous and professional!
