I went there for a drug screen. Wait time was very short on their end. Longer on my end because apparently I have shy bladder. They did however forget about me in the back and I sat there for a long time needing to use the restroom and I when I finally tracked someone down I heard her say in her headset that she thought I left. I don't know why she would think that when she never even walked back there to see if I was still there. Weird. I have been going to Concentra Urgent Care for the last 7 years for my employee DOT physical. The wait it is from 2 to 3 hours which is said to you ahead of time! Go wait is rather Pleasant because the doctors a very good at what they do!!

I was appalled by lack of attention to HIPPA. I was sent to this facility by my employer after work related injury. I approached the desk, received required paperwork from the clerk and began completing the forms. Suddenly the clerk , using my name, shouts across the room, using my name, "Robin, did your employer inform you they require a urine drug test?" I was infuriated!!!!! Not because my employer required a drug test but because my privacy rights were clearly violated!!!! I wonder if Concentra is aware of HIPPA and the ... read more

I had to go in for hospital pre-employment and was in and out in less than an hour. I went late evening rather than busy day hours.

I went in for an employment physical. Was told to plan on being there about 2 hours. Once I got there the front counter said it would take about 2-3 hours. I signed in at 9:13am. Finally around 12:20 I was taken in back to do vitals. Then sent back to the waiting room. After spending less than 10 mins with the doctor I finally walked out the door at 2:45. Between the amount of time it took and the rudeness of some of the people, I and my drivers will never use this location again.

I went in on Thanksgiving Day with a broken wrist. They saw me immediately , each staff that I saw was polite and professional. Absolutely no complaint.
