Worst place ever. They need to get it together in here. Stayed 4 hours for a freaking physical!
Worst place ever!!! I waited 4 hours to be seen for the doctor to do absolutely nothing no test were done no medication given and everyone was rude but the medical assistant that brought me back to the room after I complained about how long it was taken to be seen. Will never ever go again. Waist of time.
The staff is nice but the wait times are outrageous. No choice on where to go because it's workmans comp. but don't come here of you can go elsewhere.
I fell at work on my knees. It took a long time to get to the back. Once I got to the back took even longer to see the Dr. People were very nice. Got there at 2pm and left just b4 7.

Dropped off my stepbrother for a urine test. 10/10
First time going to this place because it's close to my house .. Got a DOT physical $80 and a 2 1/2 hour process plus they did hernia test .. Any chiropractor does the same thing $50 and your out in 30 min and no scrotum feeling action . Time is money !!!
The worst experience I've ever encountered. I walked in and signed in at 1:10. It was 2:40 before they could figure out how to get approval from my adjuster to see me. Please know they sent me with paperwork. I didn't leave the office until 7:40pm. Completely unacceptable! The air conditioner apparently has problems also. It was 65 degrees in the lobby. I Fell on my shoulder and tore a ligament in my rotor cup the staff at Concentra was awesome the physical therapy staff was awesome also they help me improve and was very understanding of my pain and issue s I had explained things to where I understood what they were doing and saying I have nothing but respect for there staff it was a good experience all around I would recommend them to anyone with an injury to go to concentra for pt thank you once again to the pt staff
