I sat in the waiting room for about four hours and froze before I can see the doctor.
Wasted 3.5 hours and a few hundred dollars at this place. The Dr. said she wasn't comfortable giving me antibiotics even though she diagnosed me with a sinus infection and bronchitis. Told me I could have a steroid shot, even though I had just had one a month or two before, and that's all she would do. Should have just left when I hadn't been called back after 2 hours of waiting.
If you are a workers comp case, they will milk it as much as possible! They are not trained in knee or any body part to help you with. Ive had ankle and knee pain for a month and finally got referred to an ortho! The waits are ridiculous! Just to get checked out takes almost an hour! The physical therapy part of the clinic is 5 stars, but thats about it! It's really disappointing when all you want to do is go back to work healthy and taken care of!
If you are not forced to come here don't ! Unless you like to wait for hours on end .
I was called back quickly, the staff was efficient.
Sat for 4 & 1/2 hours in the waiting room. They didn't do a damn thing other than request a referral for an orthopedic doctor from my job's workman's comp and send me back to work. I had already been to the ER and orthopedic surgeon who said it need surgery.
