I had went in for a physical, to renew my DOT card at 8:30 A.M. I didn’t get out of that place until 13:30.... Ridiculous! The physical took about 15 mins...
Very rude and uncaring, the N.P. is the worst ever.
Went to get physical and got a man Dr. that wanted so bad to touch my balls kept trying to talk me into letting him but the more talked the less was going too. He got mad left came back three minutes later that I was good to go. Went to front waited papers or that I can leave they said I could leave but I get a call from the guy that was going to hire me that I walked out maybe three minutes later and 1 mile away at Chase Bank. Stuff was great. I don't like Doctor visit. The stuff made me feel at home. We made a few jokes about my bit. Thanks y'all are the best.
Brought husband here for a work related injury. They Called my husband back and refused to allow me back with my husband even with my husband requesting I accompany him. Not impressed with this place and the lack of care and concern they exhibit �������
I found the staff very nice polite physical therapy very good
I went there to get a DOT card the nurse practioner was rude and did everything she could not to give me my DOT card! Even though my DR signed the release and filled out the paperwork she wanted she decided that as a nurse practitioner she knew my situation better than a real Dr and in my opinion she had no right to over ride my Drs views since he sees me ins monthly basis and she only saw me once for 5 mins!! She should be fired for her incompetence!!!!!
Unorganized. Came back for a release from the doctor the doctor left 15 minutes before I arrived for my scheduled appointment time. You would think someone would see some notes somewhere stating the purpose of my visit. Nope! An hour after my appointment, taken back, another hour sitting in that uncomfortable room and the nurse practitioner comes in and asks me what I'm there for. Some of the rudest people in healthcare. After waiting 4 hours to get in the back. My husband is denied a referral when he has a torn patella tendon. Which the MRI shows. This place is a joke.
