Great office I have been to both the Beltsville and Gaithersburg office. I have been there with my daughter as an emergency patient and on other occasions with an appointment. My experiences with the doctors ( Dr. Moody and others) have always been excellent. The doctors are excellent and caring . I find the staff far more competent that most other doctor's offices. I will continue to go back and recommend Secure Medical Care to everyone I know.
Great experience. My son cut his hand on a Saturday and I went to the Gaithersburg center. They were great. I don't have health insurance, but their prices were reasonable. Everyone was friendly and professional. The doctor was GREAT!!!
Secure Medical Care is Excellent! Excellent care! Secure Medical Care was recommended to my wife by a friend several years ago. I have been there several times with my wife, kids and even my 98 y/o grandmother. The care has always been great. Everyone has always been friendly and efficient. I've noticed that my family doctor has started recommending Secure Medical Care to his patients, when he is unavailable.
Excellent for urgent care I have been to other urgent care facilities, and SMC is the best. It may be expensive if they do not work with your health care provider, but if you are without insurance like me, this facility has excellent prices and usually quick and friendly service! Try to avoid weekends or weekdays around 6pm, as they become busy.

terrible costumer service I was at the Beltsville,MD facility in early February 2008 for service. I had both a primary and secondary insurances and stated clearly which one was my primary. They switched the cards and filed they wrong claim that resulted in my primary insurance updated my records and switching me to secondary and affecting my other claims. Very Good This medical care center is very good. It accepts walk ins. It gives urgent care. No appointment is necessary. It has long hours during the week 8 am to 8 pm. It is open everyday of the year. Please check it out.
Good care I had a cold and I got dizzy and weak. The ER is too expensive so I went here. I just walked in. I wasn't sure if they would see me without an appointment or insurance, but the doctor saw me immediately. He did an x-ray and put me on an antibiotic for pneumonia and I was able to get back to work in 2 days. It cost me $190 with the all the x-rays and medicines.
convenient location Convenient place in Brazosport for pre employment, random, post accident drug and alcohol screening. Avoid the 10 a.m. rush b/c there are long lines at that time
