RecommendedThey do good job.People cant just judge them if they waiting longer.They are always busy because lot people visiting and they are cheaper then another.I definitely will recommend them and i have good experience with Concentra.
Was very convenient affordable and most of all the people were exceptionally understanding
I think the support staff and nurses are phenomenal. However, each time I e gone in I’ve been lucky been lucky to get more than two minutes of her time.
The place was packed on New Year's Eve, but I was in and out in less than two hours. The doc took her time to go over symptoms and check me out, developed a plan for care, and told me what to watch out for if my symptoms worsened.
This particular office was terrible. Dr Yancheng did the exam for my DOT card & held me hostage for a week demanding a note from my Doctor for no reason. Apparently she doesn’t know how to read an ultra sound that was sent to her by my Dr. I lost a whole week of work because of her. The follow up sucks, every time they said they would call they didn’t & when I called them they were very unprofessional & unpleasant to talk to. 2 years ago I went to a different Concentra office & had no problem getting my card. The doctor who examined me didn’t bother to check if I had been seen there before, for what illnesses, etc despite it being know to front office I was repeat customer. I presented with very similar symptoms and points of discomfort and the medications prescribed were half as effective as what was given time before. After more wasted time on the phone was told they could not modify the meds over the phone. Everyone was great from scheduling and the Doctors to Physical Therapy.
I came in here for a simple workers comp visit, they made me wait forever in the lobby until they could reach someone to authorize it. I work weekends, they need to do something to fix this!
