Checked in at 8:15 for DOT physical. Person checked in 10 minutes after me for the same thing. They were in and out before me within an hr . It took 3hrs and 2 trips to the desk. Got nothing but excuses. If I didn't need to use them for my job, trust me I wouldn't..
The doctors dont listen to you. You try to tell them what going they will cut you off.
One of the worst places I ever been to 5and1/2 hours to get. Physical done lost a whole day of work
The ppl are nice but extremely slow I came in for a schedule drug screen and physical I waited for 4 hours was there for a total of 5 in a half hours and they didn't complete physical I had to come back the next day just to wait 4 more hours to finish the rest smfh
For as long as the wait is, you'd think they could at least get some comfortable chairs.
Was there this morning walk in it smell Bad my leg was killing me so I had to sit down that's where I made my first mistake the chairs is what stinks in its place like they've never been clean. One positive thing is about the doctor was good . Who needs going there and condemn the place with their chairs

Concentra is a liberal scam. Sleep studies are not mandatory as of yet. But concentra will only issue me a 90day card and recommend that I have a sleep study.
