My company uses Concentra for our DOT physicals. I was in and out of the Clinic in about 45 minutes, so fast that when I arrived back at my terminal they were shocked and unprepared for my return. Part of that is the fact that when I get in my CAR and not in a Big rig, I tend to haul the mail down tje street.
Slow
I am being asked to review while I am still waiting for the past 3 hours and 45 minutes. I am here just to get paper work that should have been done on Friday but was asked to come back on Monday. They knew I was coming! I have nothing more to say that would constitute a review at this point.
Had an appointment and still had to wait for hours and only spent a few minutes in the exam room.
It makes no sense to have an appointment set or schedule and you can arrived 30 minutes early and you still sit and wait another 2 or 3 hrs before you can be seen
It is a busy place. I went for DOT pre employment test done in less than 20 minutes this was my 2nd visit in two years no problem !
I went in for pre-employment physical and drug screen. Staff was very quick and professional. I was in and out in about 60 minutes.
Had to wait 3hrs and 45mins to get called on and get thru all the testing requirements. Goodness! Something is wrong!? Staff was polite, however.
It was very quite and the staff was very nice and helpful with all my questions.
