I got right in & right out! Employees were very nice! Facility was very clean & organized! (Steve)
This Urgent Care is the most unorganized unprofessional Urgent Care ever been to it took three and a half hours just to see a doctor and still didn't get treated I would recommend you use some other health care
Wait was four hours - arrived at 10:30 am, took over an hour just to call me up and get insurance information and copay. Three hours later, they finally called me back to a room. The doctor was in quickly and was thorough. However, I would not go back. The nurse said they aren't usually that busy - that Monday's are just bad because they are closed for the weekend and they had several people come in who were actively bleeding and needed to be seen first (I never saw anyone come in actively bleeding). Slow. Even something simple takes forever. Nobody seems to give a rats behind about anything.
Was there 3 hours from the time I walk in to time I walk out the need more doctors or better way of doing things
The office was full, no place to sit for 30 minutes.
Takes forever to get checked and long time to do paper work act like people don't have other things to get done drag their feet
The Doctor was short and really didn't care what or how I injured my knee his last comment to me before I left the room... I should look for different employment..... As far as my Therapist he was awsome n listen.... to my concerns.....I hope not ALL THE DOCTORS HERE ARE JURKS...
Very slow at getting you in and out. Your wait is about an hour to 1.5 before you even get called back..
