Always anticipate a wait while at an urgent care. Staff was great. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me regarding the care I would need now and months to come.
I had a good experience! I didn’t have to wait long. Staff was very nice and professional.

The wait was long but the care was pretty solid. I definitely like the bedside manner of the nurses & doctor on staff. The staff was attentive & directly addressed me. I like they broke down in some cases the jargon to an explainable medical information. If Concentra in general would do more to kill wait times? This would be a five. Otherwise, a pretty good experience.
I was very impressed. Staff was friendly, Dr. was knowledgeable and had a great 'bedside manner'. Close to home is nice too. Will definitely recommend.
The wait is long but the doctor was very knowledgeable. The receptionist Melanie was sweet but the other lady (I think it's Dana but I don't care to remember) she has glasses and Is rude .! The only reason I would go back is to see the doctor. When you work in medicine you're not suppose to be rude. It wasn't just to me it was also to other people that came in. Other than that , give this location a try.
Got in and out in no time. Love the staff, and Dr fixed me right up!
