I have never in my life felt with such an unprofessional staff. The ladies at the front desk were rude and dis not answer any of my questions! The wait time was ridiculous! I had to ask the nurse if he would please wash his hands and put on some gloves before he administered my shot !!! His response,”I’m sorry mam I forgot “ I would never recommend this place. Waited for more than 3 hours, no response... hate to stay here... less doctors, less nurse... they should have more to treat patients...
I read the reviews before going, so I packed a lunch and brought a lumbar pillow. I was a walk-in and they told me the wait time was 1.5 to 2 hour wait. It took 3 hours before they saw me. Even a scheduled follow-up appointment can take a while. So bring something to do. On another note, there's a TV to watch and a Keurig machine with free coffee. The staff was professional and friendly.
