the visit was timely. I did ask for information on a vaccine from years ago and the staff that checked me in never acknowledged that I had asked, let alone look for the information. April the nurse that did my vitals was Awesome!
They were very friendly, professional, and fast !!! They was closing and still managed to squeeze me in happily and efficiently...
1. Wait time. 2. Told the receptionist that I was just there for a mask fit test and was given paperwork for physical. I had mentioned that I already had the physical and drug screen. 3. Not very friendly, except for the young African American man at the front desk. Even witnessed him providing a snack and juice to a fussy toddler. Very kind.
I will never step back into this place! I was given a 1 to 2 hour wait time for urgent care this morning. 1 hour and 40 minutes into my wait, the staff announced that one of the two doctors scheduled today has left and we will have to wait an additional 3 to 4 hours! No reasonable explanation given. If I wanted to wait 6 hours, I would have gone to the ER!
I didn’t have to wait for hours . Customer service was great !!! Thanks
