Horrible place! You wait forever and they lie on how long you will be waiting.
I spent 4 hours to do a drug test, alcohol breathe test and a CDL physical... first 2 hours I was told 3 times that I would be seen within the next 10 minutes found out that the tech had gone to lunch and then the Doctor went to lunch...so I spent 4 hours when I should have been done with in 2 ...

Front staff arguing with each other. They start of the conversation with, “This will take 2-3 hours. Do you want to stay?” Then they ignore the sign in sheet and don’t sign me in for 20 more minutes. When I am the only one left in the waiting.....They check the clipboard. Yes, this is going to take 2-3 hours at this rate. Don’t come here if you have other options.
The service was very professional. each staff member was courteous and did their job efficiently
They need to limit there processes. Drug testing should not take 2.5 hours. Misplace paperwork!
