They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time
Minimal wait times and efficient for a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Office was very clean.
Nice people but left in room for an hour only to get up and see if they had forgotten me. Said I was next. 20 more minutes later and I had my physical which lasted less than 10 minutes. Funny thing there was not many people in the waiting room.
Went for a physical for a job and got read the riot act by the nurse. She was totally stressed out and rued. I left grateful she passed me but a bit shook up over nothing.
I met some of the most compassionate and caring people today at the Novi Concentra. Not going into details, the care they showed to me today was outstanding! The entire team is to be commended. Specifically, I would like to thank, LaShanna, who was the epitome of kindness and Amber who also went above and beyond the call of duty! Please know that I will never forget the kindness you showed me. Bless you all!
Excellent team and great care . I have been there due to work related injuries and they are the best!
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. C was great. It was fast too.
They werent the fastest but friendly and helpful when i came in. I'd go there again.
