Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours to have the “doctor” tell me Motrin will take care of all my problems. When I’d already been taking Motrin for two weeks... that’s why I went in.

Ridiculously slow. I arrived at facility @ 11:30Am for a follow up appointment. I didn’t get out until after 3:30PM. I don’t feel as if the physicians actually listen to the patient. Physician actually wanted me to do physical therapy not even 2 hours after initial injury. Dr. Insisted in performing procedure to “Manipulate” my injury inspire of me telling him I was in pain. BTW procedure only made pain worse. Dr. Changed my follow up appointment after I actually left facility. I was actually notified of the change in appoin... read more
Slow slow slow... came in for a DOT physical and was quoted for 1 hour total time. I have been here for over an hour and I am still only in the waiting room. Others who have come in after me have gone in already. (and not just injury people) This has started making me late for work now by the time its done and I also had to cancel other things I had to do before work too. Not to mention it costs $100 this is insane!
The physical therapist there it's very helpful very professional she helps you do stretches workouts to make your muscles feel a whole lot better she's use ice packs Heat whatever she needs to get you back together.Thank you so much. I'm not yet 100% but I do feel a whole lot better
Staff very patient focused, friendly, and professional
I go there for my DOT certification physical and exam. The staff was quick and I moved through the phases of the exam quickly. I clicked a wrong button on the pre-exam questionnaire. Since the results were sent to my workplace online, my boss was able to call me and point out the error before I even checked out. I explained to the staff what happened and they resolved the issue before I left, saving me much time and hassle. Great staff at the Novi location.
