RecommendedI think the Doctors and nurse practitioners are really good. I have to go here for mandatory drug testing . My only complaint for that is they need to get us through a bit faster! I also have to go here for a medical examiners card for CDL . Usually no problem. This year a one hour wait for my scheduled appointment!? I find at times certain receptionist come across as rude! This alone my biggest turn off. Last but not least, the cna’s are absolutely awesome!
fast friendly service and very professional.
I was a walk-in and only 3 people in there at the time. just needed a physical for a job. over 2 hours later still not seen. Another woman there for the same reason, came in after me was told they were slow so she picked a good day to come as a walk-in. Trying to tell people waiting that if someone comes in and they are dying who should they take first. Fast courteous professional
I have always gone to Concenta urgent care for me DOT physical. This last time I ran into a doctor that did not know me. Dug deep into my background. By the time I walked out of there. I had no CDLDOT physical. Destroyed my family life and my business. And it’s going to be one year before I can even think about going back. He wanted me to take a procedure that was going to cost me $1000. Money I don’t have. Thank you for destroying my life Concentra
Went in for drug screening was in and out quickly
Went in at 7:30pm to get treated for a burn, was out on my way to get my prescription by 8:05pm. Front desk was cordial, nurse and doctor were both very kind and attentive. Hopefully won't have to return but if I do, I'll gladly come back here.
