Recommendedthe staff is curtious and very intuitive. I just wish getting you're d.o.t card was easier that's all. otherwise no issues.
very friendly good service
I was having a very bad asthma attack, one I ha e never experienced before that day. As soon as they saw me, I was taken into a room. The doctor was there in minutes. A few questions later and I was on a nebuliZer. Once I could breathe a bit again I was taken for a chest X-ray. Meds were called in to my pharmacy and I am happy to report that I am feeling awesome again! Thank you to my wonderful team at Concentra!
I’ve only gone for my DOT random drug and alcohol test but was in an out promptly. I also went for my DOT physical twice .
Wait was 5 hours to get in and 1 hour for evaluation just to have labs
I found it frustrating that N.Prov site only drew blood during morning hours after I rushed there between work. They asked me to check with Warwick site. I called Warwick site and was told they drew blood all hours. I next drove to Warwick in rush hour traffic only to be told that they only drew blood for TB blood test before 3 pm however on the phone, they stated differently. I was a walk in and the only one sick in the waiting room. Waited 3 hrs to see a doctor then they sent my prescription to stop & shop Instead of cvs 1pm and still don't have my medication never again .
The medical staff is very attentive & professional. No long wait before being seen by a health professional. The nurse who took care of me was wonderful: kind, knowledgable & a credit to both Concentrate Urgent Care & the nursing profession
