AWFUL!! Whoever heard of taking 11 x-rays of a wrist? Normally 3 is the very most. THEN, the Dr says broken & to go to the ER! The ER??? REALLY?? He would only say because it was broken. So, I go to the ER, and they're like wondering why in the world I was there since I went to Concentra?!?! So, they take their own x-rays & it is only sprained. Not impressed at all!!!!
It took me longer to walk in than what it did to walk out great people they work pretty mighty fast!!
Terrible waited 3 1/2 hours for my employee to get her finger stitches. She was bleeding and they didn't care. Lady at the front desk argued with me telling me they didn't have to drug test her even tho the paper work I had given her(right infront of her face) said she needed a drug test! Nurse and Doctor were great people just upset with the front.
I did not have a bad experience but I witness a patient being rudely talked to about how Lon he had waited. A lot of sarcastic faces and gestures were given. I don't understand how they can be soooo rude to people who are injured and struggling. Where is mgmt? Get a grip on your employees.
After falling on my back at work and possibly fracturing my ribs, the doctor released me back to work the same day. A follow up with my primary care doctor revealed that I am at risk for pneumonia and could have further damaged them had I returned to work.
