Take the Urgent out of urgent care got there at 5 didn't see a doctor till 7 and wasn't able to leave till 830
Not a very friendly staff , I don't recommend this location if your in need of medical attention. I don't know where the people up front got their training but they need to go back to school not only work related training but customer service training .
Worst place ever. Last year my sleep study was approved and got my DOT medical card, this year the doctor said no it's not and have to do it all over again. $900 out of pocket yet again. This people have no idea what they are doing.
Thank you Concentra for seeing me in regards to a severe rash of poison ivy. I got right in, I was told my cost for a shot, and I got right out. The problem NOW is I am getting calls from collections for a bill sent by the doctor for that shot. You did not disclose the extra cost to me. You have not even bothered to call me. Now I have to deal with a collections agency and possible credit issues with this. This is wrong in so many ways, and even illegal I'm sure.
Horrible experience. Long wait and extremely rude doctor.
