Just be wary of unfriendly front desk workers, that act like they don’t want to work there.
Company uses them for physicals and emergency services. They have been nice and performed the tests in a timely manner

1st time in a long time I didn’t want longer than 30 minutes get there early & usuallywant1-2 hrs so it was nice this time around
The customer service ladies at front desk are rude. They don’t smile or address you when you come to counter. If they have to repeat themselves they talk to you like you are a child.
I had to do my pre employment at concentra it was a great experience very polite and the Hispanic chicks there are hot asf
I went in for my DOT physical and was told I barely failed my BMI and have to do a sleep study. I asked the Practitioner where it states she has to force me to take a sleep study and all she could say is it’s in the Fmcsa rules. I asked her where it was and she states I don’t know but it’s in there. If you “say” I have to do a sleep study then you need to prove to me where the government is requiring you to send me for a sleep study. My last experience with Concentra Urgent care was wonderful! They really care about patient! They provide great customer service. I am able now to enjoying my new glasses and able to drove at night correctly . I recommend anyone to them. Good experience....Thank You 🙏
