My son and his friend went in to see someone so he could get a Dr’s note for work. The reception staff were rude to the point of being discriminatory rude. They observed that the staff were nice and pleasant and courteous to the black people but when it came to the white people they were very rude no matter what age the white person were; young adults to Sr Adults. I arrived at 1045 they called people back that came in after me and I was there for 2 hours for a physical that took 30 minutes

This place is the most poorly run clinic and I have no idea why anyone CHOOSES to go here. It’s a horrible experience every single time I have been sent by work for a simple drug screening. Apparently having an appointment is irrelevant because the average wait time is 3 hours. Bring a snack and maybe a good novel and make sure you don’t have anything scheduled for the rest of your day.
Girls in front were awesome and helpful. Doctor was real down to earth and easy to talk to definitely will refer my family and friends
I went there for a drug screen. I was treated nice.
Cut off my finger tip and lacerated two others. They rinsed it off, wrapped it up then sent me back to work. No after care instructions, no nothing. Oh, but they did drug test me first. I’m still waiting to get referred to someone else. Don’t go if you want to get well !!
