Went in for pre employment drug testing- was there 1hr 45 min. It seems the paperwork they had created confusion even though I printed out the form I was sent and gave it to them-they weren’t sure what testing company to use.and had to redo the test then kept me while they called the company to cancel the first test. they ended up getting my original urine sample out of the trash for the second test!

now that most things has been modernized it much easier to get in and out faster
This is the most poorly ran clinic I’ve ever been to. After waiting 2 1/2 hours and not getting any closer for a simple blood draw and a drug screen. I decided to go to a better ran facility and help out the wait time for others. Fortunately, for me I have an employer that would allow this! I feel sorry for the men and women who have been waiting over 3hrs for a 10 min visit and don’t have any other options. Got stitches in my thumb and I came in, they called out we've got a bleeder. A nurse was with me within 2 minutes and my thumb was cleaned out and prepped for stitches within 5 minutes of walking in the doors
I cut my finger on a hedge trimmer doing lawn work and knew immediately I would need stitches. This facility happened to be five minutes from home so I thought I'd give it a try. The staff at the front desk when I checked in was professional and friendly. The nurse that assisted was very nice. But it was Dr. Ken that really made the visit fun for me.
