I waited for 12 minutes at the desk just to be skipped in line after they took a guy behind me then ask if I’ve been helped, after I finally got helped I was told to have a seat for another ten minutes after I got seen they told me they didn’t have the right testing equipment that’s was took so long. I went prior to a location on North 35th was terrible Doctor Kidd was a very rude doctor very bad experience

Went in for preemployment drug screen on thurs. Its now late afternoon monday and STILL no results. Concentra has so far cost me 2 days of employment.
Was there friday for a work injury and the nurses acted like i was faking and could careless about ant pain i was in. The only concentra that i have been to where everyone was nice is in new berlin.
Too long of a wait and Dr. Could care less... waste of time
