I was infuriated today after speaking to my sister... and I have to speak out working in the medical field specially... we’re supposed to be compassionate with those affected. My sister went for her check up to concentra west urgent care on Broadway here in Tucson and was kicked out of the facility after the person that took her temperature claimed it was 101... he immediately panicked walked out the room and came back wearing a mask and then threw a mask at her and told her she needed to leave immediately that she shouldn’t... read more
I have been to many urgent care centers. This Concentra location on Broadway was far and above excellent. I went there twice and both occasions were excellent, fast , professional and courteous. I no longer dread urgent care. I know they are mostly work related injuries and HR services but they are a blessing. Thank you
I went to this urgent care due to extreme back/neck pain due to an accident on the job. My first visit I got my knees tapped on, a light in my eyes, and was told to tilt my head side to side and forward and back. Apparently this is enough to send me off to PT for a week, get sized for a cheap back brace, and some flextor patches. PT wasn’t too bad after a couple visits, but I felt it wasn’t treating the actually problem since I didn’t receive and X-ray or an MRI, which would clearly identify a problem. Thank you Concentra (Kolb and Broadway) for your help!!! You guys were phenomenal, thorough, friendly, and organized. The facility was clean. The doctor was fantastic. It was so worth it.
Excellent service and friendly staff, needed a vaccination and TB test. It took less that 30 minutes to receive both and only less than 20 minutes to have test read two days later.
