they are so slow. the first time I came I waited 3 hours for vaccinations, dug screen, and a physical before I was even called back. Today I waited 1 hour for a TB shot. I wish my job would find another place.
They are very efficient and friendly
Fast care. Doctors take very very good care of you and are patient.
Concentra in Charlotte on South Blvd is horrible. Concentra as a whole is horrible. People have to feed their families and you are stopping truck drivers from working. And they blame it on DOT. DOT gives the doctors permission to pass drivers. But maybe Concentra is receiving some kickback from these sleep study companies. So I have to move from Charlotte because Concentra has a monopoly with all the truck companies.
Better to stick with one provider over multiple visits. Why do I have to wait a week for a CT scan? Wait times long. Checkout process is terrible.
They are slow and some of the employees are unprofessional.
