I called and made an appointment. I still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. They, later, told me they didn't realize I had made an appointment. I went there to do a drug screen and a physical for a job. My job called me saying that I didn't do the drug at Concentra, which I did. I showed proof of it. Concentra messed something up. Everything turned out well in the end. Also, people were apologetic for making me wait. However, I still wasted over two hours there. Hoping I never have to come back.

Desk ladies are kind the doctor seems to be biases against black people I have heard other black people complaints an I got the same doctor. I went in with a open mind an he was just as he said rude not personal an very judgmental
Horrible wait time. Why make an appointment and then have to wait 3 hours...Will NEVER come back here again..
Terrible management of appts. Waited for over 3hrs and the staff didn't mention there were delays or what was causing them to be so far behind. This was for an unscheduled visit, which caused me to make an appt, they were over 60 min late with that too
