Went in for a DOT physical. Arrived at 2:20 P.M. Did not leave until 5:45. Tech and doctor were fine but facility had to be understaffed.
Sat there from 11 am til 430pm for a work physical. They need more employees to help the women at the front desk. They are severely over loaded!
This wait is a bit much. I had this same certification done last year at Patient First and was in and out in about a hour.....I've officially been here over 2.5 hours and I'm still here. Thank God my company pays me for this wasted time.......Jeeeeez
Felt that the two star rating was unfair. I know nothing about this doctor. Here is a 5 to get that thing higher.
They don't honor your appointment times, you will be here 2 hrs or more.
