very long wait time! i arrived at 1130am and didnt leave until almost 630pm! very disappointed in how i was treated by the staff. very rude people working there. was also told that all the female nurses were busy when i asked for a female to be in the room during my exam due to having a male doctor. never again will i go to any concentra location again!
After taking the day off to get paperwork from the VA and then go to Concentra for a CDL physical, I was told it would be another 24-48 hours until I could take the test. I pleaded that I was off work now and needed this done. They sent me away. I later recv’d a call from Concentra apologizing for their mistake. I had to take more time off the next day and was there from 8am until almost 11. I am talking with my boss about finding another place to go. Not recommended.
They are the best, doctors, nurses, and customer service, are excellent.
Fast. Great doctors and nurses. Unfortunately, I have been there several times due to being physically attacked by patients at my work place.
They were very professional and pleasant forms were easy to fill out had to wait for a while but they were really super busy but all went well will use them again and will recommend them to anyone
They took me as quick as possible being I was on a tight schedule. I appreciate their professionalism.
Drug test. In and out, but I was there when it opened.
