RecommendedThe staff was friendly and professional! They were a very busy place but continued to see people as quickly as they could and were very pleasant to everyone. They were always checking to see that people were being taken care of and no one was being kept waiting for no apparent reason. They made sure my test results were sent for me as soon as they were done so I could be on my way. I appreciated how quickly they let me know that I was good to go and thanked me for being there.
A scheduled appointment was still late. I came in for a fit test and they did some unnecessary tests on me. A total waste of my work time. MD saw me AFTER the fit test, it’s supposed to be BEFORE. No structured process.
Been coming here back when it was U.S. Health Works. It was so so slow service long waiting times. Fast forward now newly acquired and renamed Concentra it's easy not too much waiting. I usually come in for a TB TEST OR Drug Screening. Overall I'm happy with the service and customer service!!!!!

To never go, workers were rude and with barely anybody in the waiting room, had to wait 2 hours to do a drug screening for a job site. Terrible!

Long waiting times. There for a workers compensation injury. The Acupuncturist for PT was great!
