Only came here because it was required by my husband's employer. The customer service up front is horrible. The nurse and the PA were nice but this place was empty yet we waited for almost an hour to get called back. Very slow. I would not recommend going here. I am claustrophobic to an extent, so we had the door to our room open, but some chick comes to the door and flings it shut without a word. This place is ridiculous.

Even though I limp when I'm leaving I do enjoy the physical therapy team upstairs. They are caring and easy to get along with. Thanks y'all!!
Had to come here for a pre-employment drug screen and physical, had to wait for over and hr and a half and I even had an appointment. This is soo messed up, I could've gone someplace else and be done already
Only good part about this business is the therapy department. Front desk staff are extremely rude and unwelcoming, medical assistant or nurses unprepared information not accurate which lead to Doctors being all over the place. Not to mention the inaccurate phone calls from reps whom hang up in the mist of a call. Please find a NEW office manager or evaluate training PLEASE.
Have to waite an hour before you get seen by the doctors, the waiting room is packed, worst place, I rather go to trident
