Again doctor was condescending and rude. She tried to tell me how I felt when I know I was in pain. I wanted to see another doctor but was told she is the head doctor no one else I could see. I do not want to ever go there again. Just rude!
Pre employment drug test for my 16 year old. Not a bad facility. Clean and friendly staff.
RecommendedPA was great and personable, only had to wait 5 minutes, building was super clean, staff was friendly.
Over two hours for a simple pee test for my job. Tell the front desk I can’t hold it much longer and only get a well call you back soon. I have NEVER dealt with such rude, slow, and dirty place as this. Urge your employers to not use these people!!!!
Came in at 10am for simple test that takes 5min wait 2 hours finally ask how much longer then I’m told we haven’t checked you in yet but people who came in after me for the same thing have come and gone, this place is terrible and the staff at the desk need to learn basic customer service skills I understand their is a wait but once I wait almost 2 hours and people come in getting the same thing I’m doing done and their called back after I’ve been waiting and waiting, this is totally uncalled for
Waited TWO hours after my appointment to be called in. Staff was rude and not helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Required for my job. Horrible customer service. I don't understand why the lady at the desk needs to yell when you are standing right in front of her. My doctor was great though- Dr. Dejesus. It smells in the waiting area and is dirty. Do better please!
Physical Therapy team is excellent they listen to where you tell them where you hurt they don't tell you where you hurt you know and I like that the doctors are very understanding and they listen so my experience with them was a A1
