Went in for a Physical and drug test for new employment on one day and get called to come back the next day because someone didn't do their job right the first time.
From the moment walking into this facility I was greeted with a hello and welcome. Walked through my process like a breeze and was treated professionally and courteously. I was told where I was in my wait time process which eased my mind about being forgotten in a room alone! Facility is clean and spacious; staff from all levels were exceptionally professional and kind. Thank you Concerta for making a tedious process tolerable!
Don't show up early, they'll just make you wait longer!
They are Really friendly I went for my DOT test they do a good job definitely i recommended...
In and out not bad compared to the other ones I've been to
Took about 2 hours to get a DOT physical done, cold as hell in those gowns but the people are professional and the doctor quick about his job can't complain.
This is the best urgent care I've ever been to. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and compassionate. My doctor Gaby was thorough and personable, the wait time was decent, and there was plenty of seating in the waiting area. Trips to urgent care are never fun, but the staff at this location made it far easier to deal with. Thanks Concentra!
