What I love about the clinic, they are attentive to you the entire time. They always ask if they there is anything be they candl to make you comfortable. They offer you water or a juice. Or even a snack. and they staff walking around are also checking in to see if I needed anything. My great service. Thank you Concentra for doing a great job.
Front desk was organized. Say awhile waiting for the doctor for the physical, but the PT assistant was the worst. Too busy chatting with coworkers about tacos to do her job, pretty rude. The, took forever to get a TB test read.
So very welcoming, helpful and great listeners! Daisy was wonderful, went out of her way to help me get through the process after encountering some outside issues. The entire experience was pleasant and efficient.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly and feeling better already.
It was my 1st and last time visiting this urgent care clinic. Vitals were incomplete after being called back, Could not understand dr. Felt rushed was just not content at all with overall visit.
