I had an injury at work and have to go to a Concentra to see the doctor and physical therapy. My favorite part about going there is coming in and seeing Ned’s big smile, and all his positive compliments!!! Dr. Mel is the absolute best. Ned and Mel treat you like a person not just another number coming through there establishment they take time to explain or answer any questions and also take time to listen to you. I appreciate both of them and I would recommend if you ever need a instacare always go to a Concentra.
