This location is under new management, and the older comments on here don't accurately describe the staff or the experience I've always had. If you haven't used them in awhile, give them another chance- your experience will be much different. I always recommend them to my friends and family, both here and in Nashville, where I travel back and forth frequently. Nick is amazing- he will take great care of you!
Very professional and friendly staff. I was satisfied with my visit.
Waited for 3.5 hours, saw waiting room get filled and empty 3 times till I got in, waited another 40min for doctor... Receptionists are rude and unhelpful... if I wouldn't have to go there, you would have never see me step in that place again.
I had to get a chest x ray for a check up and they couldn't find the paper work for it. So i left and went back to my doctor just so he could tell me he sent the paper work thru Fax. Went back told them to look at their fax and what a surprise their it was. Why did I have to tell you how to do your job..... Now Ive waited over an hour just for a X-ray that takes less then a minute...........
2+hrs for a drug test and non dot physical... kickee is i was one of 3 people there. Office staff was busy on cell phones. Not to mention their professionalism left something to be desired
2hrs for a 2min eye exam with no more the 7 people
Some of the staff need to learn to use the correct size sphygmomanometer cuff so that they may provide patients with accurate blood pressure readings.
