RecommendedI was sent to Concentra for Workers Comp. I was a little worried when I walked in and saw a waiting room full of people almost as soon as they opened. Reviews were not great. I have to say, the wait time was reasonable considering how busy they were and the docs were great! staff was professional and polite
Certainly got me a USCG captains license renewal drug test quickly but staff confused over how to do that and where paperwork goes. I felt as if my situation was the first time a mariner walked in and asked this.
doctors are not friendly to the patients
Everyone was pleasant and kind and I would recommend my family and friends to your urgent care.
Follow up with patients regarding Waiting time, or if they need any additional information. 2 to 3 hours waiting periods are extremely difficult and to long. Customers service, and Communication skills first, Am I Correct.
staff was very professional and friendly short wait time
I felt the Dr. totally dismissed me when I was there. I had symptoms of a gall bladder attack and he told me it could never be that. never even offered to do testing. just sent me home with prescriptions that couldn't even get filled by Walmart because he wrote it out wrong and when Walmart tried to get it corrected no one responded and I had to go without the medication. until the next day.
