I hade a appointment at 2:30 pm for a physical. Got there at 2:15 & supposedly checked in. Only to find out I still had to fill out paperwork. Why it wasn’t given to me at the beginning, don’t know. I didn’t get seen till around 3:15:( as people who got there after me had gone in & left.
Great experience they made me feel very comfortable.
Outstanding service!!! This was the most efficient and professional medical office I have ever visited. I was in and out under 45 minutes. Great smiles and friendly are all the staff.
My whole experience from beginning to end was first class. The staff was professional and prompt. The wait time was minimal. I highly recommend Concentra.
I went to do examinations for a new job, they were great, very professional and nice people, they did everything in a very timely manner, didn't have to wait too long for anything.
