Rude as hell
Had an entire HVAC system installed in 2022, and had yearly issues with the system. The last guy that came out told me whoever installed the system made some mistakes that would cause some future issues. When those issues did indeed arrive, it took weeks to get someone out to look at it, with multiple cancelations due to it "being too cold". Told me to just use "emergency heat" for almost an entire month. The lady was quite rude each time we called to get a update, as emergency heat drastically increases your electric bill. ... read more
