I visited on June 21, 2026, at around 8:28 a.m. and was very disappointed with my experience. My server, Jessica G., seemed to have an attitude from the moment I placed my order, as if she didn’t want to be there. I ordered an avocado toast and two matchas. What concerned me most was seeing her handle cash and then immediately begin preparing my food and drinks without washing or sanitizing her hands. That was very unsanitary and made me uncomfortable. This was hands down the best iced white mocha I've had in a while. I'm always looking for the best place to do it, and this has to be on par with Starbucks, if not better. Very clean and plenty of comfortable seats.
I had such a great experience thanks to one of the female workers here Anais. She was extremely kind, professional, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to help with everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone so patient, respectful, and genuinely caring. She definitely made my visit 10x better. Highly recommend this place because of employees like her!, the drinks and food was amazing as well
