I took my sons IPhone in to get the glass replaced. It wasn't cracked, it was shattered. Another store that advertises replacements for $100 told me flat out it was beyond their expertise. Computers Plus not only did it for less but they had the skills to not just replace the glass but also noticed issues with the inside hardware and fixed it, no extra charge. Honest and easy to work with.
Dont EVER go to d.k./computers plus for ANYTHING! Not only is this guy incompetent and a rippoff artist, he has a major personality disorder (i have a minor in psychology) He had a computer of mine for almost 3 weeks and still didnt get it fixed. It took him one full week just to put in a power supply that takes a real shop only one hour labor and 1-2 days MAX, when i called after a couple of days he told me if you want an emergency job ill charge you ,,,, (triple what quoted price was). I will never step foot in there again. I ve never experienced a more unprofessional business owner. They were taking too long to fix my problem so I asked to have it back as is. I said if I had known it was going to take so long, I would not have sent it off for repair but done it myself. Rather than say sorry, you owe such and such and may pick up up... the owner literally yelled at me... in two separate conversations.
