I had a digitizer replaced on my Samsung Galaxy tablet and not even a month later it quit working. I called to see if they could take a look at it and was told there was no type of warranty offered on the parts or labor. I would of had no problem even buying the new part if they could of replaced it but no such thing was even offered.

My husband had so many viruses on his PC as well as being hacked by people on the phone telling him he had to pay more money to get his laptop working. Then we remembered Dan Kosinski of Computers Plus in Winter Haven, FL. Dan removed virus infections and Spyware & Trojan infections. Dan spent a lot of time and fixed all the problems. I dreaded having to talk tech with computer guys.... but I braved a call to Computers Plus in Winter Haven. I'm so glad I did. I spoke with Wendell, a very knowledgeable easy to talk to pro who explained everything in words I could understand and very patiently answered all my questions. He told me what everything would cost ahead of time, gave me options to work with and an accurate estimate of time. He even helped me carry my heavy all-in-one out to my car. I highly recommend them!
My mac book wouldn't start up I took it to Computers plus. he was able to fix it in just couple of days and for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone with phone, tablet or computer problems!

My tablet wasn't charging so I took it back to Staples who don't do these type of repairs. Since I was passing by computers Plus I saw the Yellow Van advertising repair service. The $35 diagnostic cost was worth it. They did a complete go over and found I had a faulty port and fixed it. Need time I need help I'll definitely go to Computers Plus
Great people and friendly service. They just helped me recover data from an external hard drive and installed it onto a new larger drive.
