They did a great job for me! I just got my computer back from Computerease and thankfully, all of my data too. My hard drive crashed and my system would not turn on at all (sounded like somebody was inside my pc with a hammer banging on the walls). And, since I didnt have a backup I was really concerned that I was going to lose all of my information. The WORST customer service experience Ive ever encountered. They will be perfectly nice, friendly and promising...until they get your computer. I paid for expedited service, was told 3-5 days. Im now going on 6 weeks and they have never once called me to communicate any issue. Every piece of info Ive received was because I called them (after giving it a week or more between my phone calls after not hearing from them). After too many bad "Geek Squad" experiences, I finally tried a local company... what a relief, people who actually know what they are talking about. They saved my Quickbooks data off my dead computer.
After reading that first great review about Computerease I decided not to turn my computer over to Geek Squad and drive from North St Louis County over to Collinville, IL to see if they could repair my computer (it was automatically shutting off after the desktop display loaded). So I dropped my computer off, they would contact me by the end of the week. Ive been using these guys for about a year and a half now to support my small business. Got their name from a friend who used them a few times. They helped me alot. My wifes computer crashed and it had most of our pictures on it. They got all our pictures back and put in a new drive. Works great now.
