I can't thank them enough. I had a very nasty virus on my laptop and was certain that I would lose everything. Luckily, they got rid of the entire virus and I didn't lose anything. This place is a fugative from the law of averages, The only reason there aren't more bad reviews is people are too discusted to take time to do. (That or they can get back online). I would imagine there will suddenly be several 5-star ratings from mysterious happy customers within the next couple months to keep the statistics up, seems like that has been the pattern in the past. I suspect that the positive reviews for Computerease were written by The Voice on the Intercom mentioned in other reviews. I needed a relatively simple repair. The Voice quoted prices that were much higher than what I had found online. The Voice told me that if I supplied the parts, they would not be guaranteed. The implication, of course, is that the parts would be guaranteed if provided by Computerease. Um, no. The part was not installed properly and broke within two weeks. I called to ask some questions about price and availability of their products. The gentleman who answered my questions was quite abrupt and rude over the phone. Due to the introduction over the phone, I would not waste my time bringing in a PC to this company. I also will not be purchasing anything through them in the future. Hopefully, they were having a busy day, and dont simply treat every potential client that way.
