RUN AWAY.......Bad business practices. Changed the passwords on the server, so that we could not get in, then sabotaged the business by changing all the email passwords, so that we did not get any emails for a week. Had to take back the email service by force and block them out. They spent the last year providing poor service and over-charging for often not fixing the problem. They always do good work for me. Im not the most computer smart person and they are always helpful when I have a problem. I have talked with the lady who works there a few times over the years and I am thankful for all of her help. All the other folks there have been helpful also.

These folks did a wonderful job for me. For someone like me who needs to use my computer to work from home, my computer is important. They took care of the few problems that I had and updated the software that my company requires me to have configured on my computer. They also called my company s IT people to test everything for me
This place is a fugative from the law of averages, The only reason there aren't more bad reviews is people are too discusted to take time to do. (That or they can get back online). I would imagine there will suddenly be several 5-star ratings from mysterious happy customers within the next couple months to keep the statistics up, seems like that has been the pattern in the past. I hope that this might save someone from losing his or her time. Thanks
I suspect that the positive reviews for Computerease were written by The Voice on the Intercom mentioned in other reviews. I needed a relatively simple repair. The Voice quoted prices that were much higher than what I had found online. The Voice told me that if I supplied the parts, they would not be guaranteed. The implication, of course, is that the parts would be guaranteed if provided by Computerease. Um, no. The part was not installed properly and broke within two weeks. I called to ask some questions about price and availability of their products. The gentleman who answered my questions was quite abrupt and rude over the phone. Due to the introduction over the phone, I would not waste my time bringing in a PC to this company. I also will not be purchasing anything through them in the future. Hopefully, they were having a busy day, and dont simply treat every potential client that way.
These guys are so unfriendly. I called up to ask a few questions and they acted like I was such an inconvenience
They did an excellent job for me with my recent computer issues. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they took care of my quickly. They were knowledgable and friendly. This is my first time using Computerease but I will surely be back if I have any future computer problems.
