SAVED MY DATA!!! After too many bad "Geek Squad" experiences, I finally tried a local company.... What a relief. People who actually know what they are talking about. They saved all of my Quickbooks company info from the last 3 years off my dead pc.
RUN AWAY.......Bad business practices. Changed the passwords on the server, so that we could not get in, then sabotaged the business by changing all the email passwords, so that we did not get any emails for a week. Had to take back the email service by force and block them out. They spent the last year providing poor service and over-charging for often not fixing the problem. This is the only place that I know of that you get to talk to a live person 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you are a business and need competent people this is the place to go. For private citizens like myself, it is nice to have a place you can trust the quality of the work all the time.
They always do good work for me. Im not the most computer smart person and they are always helpful when I have a problem. I have talked with the lady who works there a few times over the years and I am thankful for all of her help. All the other folks there have been helpful also.

I went to Computerease several years ago and had great experiences. Then, I had a good friend who was taking care of my computer problems, but he recently moved out of state. So, I was back in market for some computer help. I looked up Computerease and contacted them. Again, they took care of everything I asked and they were happy to help. Same great service as several years ago.

These folks did a wonderful job for me. For someone like me who needs to use my computer to work from home, my computer is important. They took care of the few problems that I had and updated the software that my company requires me to have configured on my computer. They also called my company s IT people to test everything for me
Just got my Macbook back from Computerease with a new screen. Its working great and I'm glad to have it back. I dropped the macbook and cracked the screen. They replaced the screen and it looks good as new, I'm thrilled. They did a great job for me.
