CSS helped me get my home office into the year 2000. They setup a mini-server, a wireless copier/printer, and upgraded my hard drive space, and added more memory so that I could run the newest version of Autocad. Everything went as planned, they finished early and under budget which is always a plus.
Was referred by Chamber Of Commerce ST. Charles member, had hard drive "Crash" and needed emergency service for big closing on house for duplex. Transferred all my data to a loaner laptop so that I could get my info out of my program, this really saved my life! thanks guys!
My wife works for company that uses them for their network and servers. We had small issue with home computer and ipad but they did a good job.
Had a problem with blue screens after an upgrade. Everything worked great for 2 weeks then my computer started restarting on its own and also throwing blue screens. Took it to two places trying to resolve the problem with no success. Finally tried these guys and they discover that my New Processor and Motherboard stopped getting along. Went through all kinds of hell reformatting, restoring, registry fixes etc. They nailed it in one day. Never going anywhere in the future !!!
Text book service. Dropped it off after being referred by acquaintence. Called me back 3 hours after I dropped it off letting me know if I wanted it fixed it would be approx \$x of dollars, hour after that told me it was fixed and was slightly less than what they had quoted me. Told me serviec usually wasnt that quick, but they had a slow week, I dont really care I am happy and apprecaite it.
Great customer service. I am business owner and I can say they WILL go out of their way to resolve any issues you may have. Had the computer in, and when I got it back it was doing the same thing as before I brought it in. They were relentless to get it resolved, and not at my expense. Few and far between to find a company that will the lengthy to make the customer happy, and these guys a great example.
Good company, when I first dropped my computer off the owner happened to be walking around and came out and introduced himself which was nice. The tech "Clay" that worked on my computer figured out the problem and got the computer back to me faster than they promised. It was a little less expensive than they quoted me on the phone, but was middle of the road price compared to the 3 or 4 other companies I called. Good price, friendly, quick to fix. no complaints, ask for Clay if you can, he seems to know the most out of all the techs.
Great company. They offered to fix my notebook computer when other companies told be it could not be fixed and I need to buy a new computer. The fix was \$90.00 but was alot cheaper then a new one. Would recommend these guys to all.
