I highly recommend not coming to this establishment. My husband had ongoing issues backing up his iPad to the iCloud, he brought it in and they advised they could help. Instead of backing it up they deleted everything on the iPad. Mind you he uses this strictly for work and now years worth of drawings are now gone. Not once did they call him to say ‘hey man we can’t get it’ or even ask if it was okay to delete all his content. So now he has no back up and none of the content he started with. Added a solid state drive a year ago, runs amazingly. I had a recent VERY odd problem which needed a complete system restore and they copied everything back and didn't charge me a cent! These guys are very patient and complete professionals, very thankful I found them, they will always have my business
