not too good – not recommended service, hiring techs from outside, and charging you a tripple price!
Laptops Doctors are the best – I owe small business and my laptop crashed. I called Laptop Doctors, they showed up in 2 hours, retrieved all the data, installed a new hard drive along with Operating System and all my data. They are life savers. My data was my whole clients database. Thanks to LaptopMD I was up and running in a matter of hours and for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend to everyone.
Will NOT Recommend! – After i lost my data on my laptop i took it to that place, it looked professional on the website but it doesnt look that on site.. it took them over a week to find out that they cannot help get the data back and unable to get the parts needed. Don't go!
Very Hlepful – Dr. Ed was able to fix my laptop quite quickly - he was able to explain to me what was wrong and how he'd fix. Simple.
Here he comes to save the day!!! – Without Eddie I would have flung myself off the highest building with the cries and whining of our employees echoing in my head. I'm an office manager and can honestly say that finding Eddie was the best thing to happened to me since I got here. With all the viruses, hackers and just general problems we encounter everyday he has been a lifesaver!!!!

Thank Heavens for Dr.Ed – It was Saturday afternoon I was finishing a big presentation for Monday..and the computer crashed I found his name and called . He came immediately and in short order had me back online. WELL worth the cost. Thank You again Mr.Ed...you saved my job.
DR. ED SAVED ME! – Thanks to Dr. Ed, Ididn't have to wait weeks for my computer to be repaired, and I didn't have to pay the outrageous quotes I was getting from the manufacturer. He is an extremely hard worker (took this job last minute and turnaround time was quick) and I was able to pick up and drop off at my convenience, not during strict business hours (when I have to be at work myself). I can't say enough good things about the work that he has done for me, and he is also a very nice guy, too.
Using Dr. Ed for our computer problems has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Not only is he able to fix ANYTHING, but he is professional and makes time to come in if we have an emergency. We will continue to use Dr. Ed for all of our technical needs and we definately recommend him to other small businesses.
