This doctor is always "in." – Dr. Ed helped us convert Quicken and Claris from MAC to PC. In addition provided answers for several nagging cross platform hardware and software issues while he worked. Priced extremely well for house call visits.
Reliable Computer Repair – I found the service to be top notch and well worth the money. I had called around to other computer places and they were all vague on the phone and seemed out of touch. I thought Dr. Ed was very professional and knew about alot more than just computers - he seemed to know how to fix everything!
Dr. Ed is the man!! – Dr. Ed is truly wonderful. My computer crashed in the middle of a major presentation and I was on the verge of losing several months of stored files. Dr. Ed saved the day! He was polite and extremely professional as well as cost effecient. For any and all computer problems, Dr. Ed is your man!
Reliable service – Based on the recommendations I read on Citysearch, I called Dr. Ed after my computer was attacked by the Klez virus (and at least one other virus). It was important to me that I have my computer back in 24 hours. In 24 hours my computer was back, the harddrive was scrubbed and my files were saved. And when I needed a driver to get my internet service up and running, Dr. Ed dropped it off himself so that I could get connected. First rate service, reasonable fees.
Trustworthy and inexpensive, too! – Dr. Ed really knows computers. My laptop was completely gone after I spilled coffee on it, and Dr. Ed was able to fix it in one day. I highly recommend him!
the real deal – After going to a computer repair shop in Brooklyn where the guy wanted to charge us $225 and 2 days to get our laptop's hard drive back to normal, Dr. Ed fixed it for a lot less. We've spent more on a meal out then what he charged us. He was cordial, efficient and on time. He answered every question and was very accessible, even by cell phone. We would highly recommend him.

Incredible Computer Genius! – Dr. Ed was able to bring back files from the past 6 months that were lost when our server crashed ~ he miraculously retreived them out of thin air and restored our computer system fully!
And he makes housecalls! – Dr. Ed makes housecalls, rescued my docs and email from a crashed laptop on a weekend and even got it up and running again. Worth every penny.
