This place "mistakenly" gave away my grandmother's laptop and refused to compensate her with the amount of the laptop or even the initial payment for the repair. They offered to buy another one instead of just paying her back. Ya'll are better off going to geeksquad since they actually take responsibility and care when they make a huge mistake like this one. 👍
